GENERAL INFORMATION AND RULES
1. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
The race is open to everyone over the age of 18. Participants in the 15K, 30K, and 60K routes must have a valid health certificate dated September 5, 2024, indicating they are fit to run, or a certified athlete license from a sports federation (Athletics or Triathlon Federations). These documents must be presented to the organization before the race. Runners must be athletically prepared and wear clothing suitable for various weather and natural conditions.
2. REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Only registered runners can participate in the race. Registrations will be carried out via APPHURRA.COM through the website belgradultra.com. Clicking the registration button will direct you to the registration page. The last registration date is August 28, 2024.
The last date for course changes is August 7, 2024.
Switching to a course that has reached its participant limit is not allowed.
Each person has the right to change courses only once.
Each registration is personal. Transferring a registration or allowing someone else to run in place of a participant is not permitted.
A runner who runs with an unregistered person will be disqualified at the first checkpoint.
Registration Conditions:
The organization reserves the right to change the registration fee under certain conditions.

The registration fee includes the following:
Bib Number
Timing
Race T-shirt
Food and beverage support at checkpoints along the course
Finisher medal for those who complete the race successfully
Cup and Award Distribution:
Trophies and awards will not be sent later to athletes who do not collect them during the award ceremony.
Athletes who do not collect their awards during the ceremony will lose their right to the award.
Cancellation and Refund:
Cancellation requests will not be accepted except for health problems confirmed by a doctor and hospital. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@belgradultra.com.
Registration fees will not be refunded for cancellations made after August 28, 2024.
Refunds will be made in the same manner as the payment was made by the participant. If payment was made by bank transfer, the refund will be made to the same bank account. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be made to the same credit card.
In case the race is stopped or canceled due to bad weather conditions or similar reasons beyond the control of the organization, the registration fee will not be refunded.
3. SUPPORTER SUPPORT FOR COMPETITORS:
Supporter assistance is not allowed for 5K and 15K routes.
Supporter assistance is allowed at Cp1 Göktürk, Cp2 Adventure Park, and nutrition points in accordance with the rules stated below for the 30K route.
Supporter assistance is allowed at Cp1 Göktürk, Cp2 Adventure Park, Cp3 Ayazma, Cp4 Kısırkaya Beach, and Cp5 Forest Road nutrition points in accordance with the rules stated below for the 60K route.
Supporter assistance is allowed from 100 meters before and 100 meters after the Cp (nutrition) Points mentioned above.
If individuals providing supporter assistance at the Cp (nutrition) Points hinder other competitors from scanning their chips or receiving nutrition services, the competitor they are supporting will be disqualified.
Supporter assistance is not allowed for competitors in the 30K and 60K routes outside of the Cp (nutrition) points mentioned above. Competitors who do not comply with this rule will be disqualified.
4. SAFETY AND HEALTH
The organization reserves the right to make changes, including stopping, shortening, or canceling the race, to ensure participants can run in healthy conditions and avoid risking participants’ safety in the event of bad weather conditions (e.g., heavy fog, storm). Participants will be informed of such changes at checkpoints before or during the race. Participants must comply with the given decisions.
Medical teams and/or ambulances will be present at critical checkpoints and locations deemed necessary by the organization, which will be announced before the race. Medical teams can conduct health checks if deemed necessary and may prevent participants from continuing the race if they find any condition that could be risky for health. Participants must comply with these decisions.
- 5. GENERAL RULES
The race is open to everyone. Participants in the 15K, 30K, and 60K routes must have a 6-month health certificate indicating they are fit to run or a certified athlete license from a sports federation. These documents must be presented to the organization before the race. (A health report is not required for the 5K.) - Participants compete under their own responsibility by signing the Risk Acceptance Form.
- Competitors can only receive partial replenishment and aid at certain points based on partial self-sufficiency. There are mandatory materials, clothing, food, and beverages that must be carried by the runners.
- Competitors must always wear their bib numbers visibly.
Competitors must be at the starting point at the time specified in the race program. - Competitors must pass through all checkpoints during the race. Competitors who do not pass through checkpoints will be disqualified.
Athletes who withdraw from the race are responsible for informing the organization. - The rights to the photos and other images taken during the race belong to the organization, and no claims can be made.
Listening to music with headphones is prohibited on the 15K, 30K, and 60K routes during the race. - Participants over 65 years old can participate with a health report from an EKG and a cardiologist.
- Paralympic (disabled) runner registrations are only accepted for the 5K route.
