1. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

The race is open to everyone over the age of 18. Participants in the 30K and 60K courses must have a health certificate valid on September 06, 2025 and indicating that it does not prevent them from running, or an athlete license approved by a sports federation (Athletics or Triathlon Federations). The relevant documents will be presented to the organization before the race. Runners must be athletically prepared and wear clothing appropriate for different weather and natural conditions.

2. REGISTRATION INFORMATION Only registered runners can participate in the race. Registrations will be made through APPHURRA.COM on the belgradultra.com website. When the registration button is clicked, you will be directed to the page where you will register.

The last registration date is AUGUST 27, 2025. The last date for course changes    is August 05, 2025. It is not possible to switch to a course where the participant limit has been reached. A person is entitled to change the course at most once.

Each registration is personal. Transfer of registration or replacement of a participant will not be allowed. A runner who runs with someone who is not registered for the race  will be disqualified in the first cp.

Registration Conditions: The organization has the right to change the registration fee under certain conditions.

The registration fee covers the items listed below:

– Chest number – Timing – Running t-shirt – Food and beverage support at intermediate points along the course – Finisher’s medal for participants who successfully complete the race

Trophy and award delivery: – Athletes who do not receive their trophy and award during the award ceremony will not be sent trophies later 

– Athletes who do not receive their awards at the award ceremony will also lose their right to the award 

Cancellation and Refund: Cancellation requests will not be accepted except for health problems approved by a doctor and hospital. Registration cancellation requests must be notified in writing to info@belgradultra.com. The registration fee will not be refunded for cancellations made after August 05, 2025. In changes requested before the last registration day, no refund will be made for transfers to cheaper courses. The difference will be added for transfers to higher priced courses. The participant will return the payment in the same way. If the payment was made by the participant via bank transfer, the refund will be made to the participant’s same bank account or if the payment was made by the participant with a credit card, the refund will be made to the participant’s same credit card. If the run is stopped or canceled due to bad weather conditions or similar reasons beyond the control of the organization, the registration fee will not be refunded.

3. SUPPORTER SUPPORT OF COMPETITORS: *  

Supporter support will not be allowed for competitors for the 5K, 15K* For the 30K Course, supporter support is allowed for competitors at Cp1 Göktürk, Cp2 Macerapark and Nutrition points in accordance with the rules below.

* For the 60K Course, supporter support is allowed for competitors at Cp1 Göktürk, Cp2 Macerapark, Cp3 Ayazma, Cp4 Kısırkaya Beach and Cp5 Orman Yolu Nutrition points in accordance with the rules below.

* Supporter support is allowed for competitors 100 meters before and 100 meters after the Cp (Nutrition) Points specified above.

* If the persons who come to support the competitors at the CP (nutrition) points prevent other competitors from scanning their chips and receiving nutrition service, the competitor they support will be disqualified.

* Apart from the CP (nutrition) points specified above, supporter support  will not be allowed to the competitors on the 30K and 60K courses  . Competitors  who do not comply with this rule  will be disqualified.

4. SAFETY AND HEALTH

The organization reserves the right to make changes, including stopping, shortening or canceling the race, in the event of adverse weather conditions (e.g. dense fog, storm) in order not to endanger the participants and to allow them to run in healthy conditions. In the event of such changes, the participants will be notified at intermediate points before the race or during the race. Participants are obliged to comply with the decisions made. Provided that their locations are announced before the race, there will be medical teams and/or ambulances at important intermediate points and in places deemed necessary by the organization throughout the race. If deemed necessary, medical teams may perform a health check on the participants and may prevent the relevant participants from continuing the race if they deem there is an obstacle to running or a health risk. Participants are obliged to comply with the decisions made.

5. GENERAL RULES

* The race is open to everyone. 30K and 60K participants must have a 6-month health certificate stating that they do not prevent them from running or an athlete license approved by a sports federation. The relevant documents must be presented to the organization before the race. (A health report is not required for 5K and 15K)

*Athletes competing in the 5K Corporate team race will also be able to see their individual degrees on the Fun Run 5K course. *Participants compete on their own responsibility by signing the Risk Acceptance Form.

*Competitors can only receive partial supplies and assistance at certain points on a partial-self-sufficiency basis. There are mandatory materials, clothing, food and drinks that must be carried by runners.

*Competitors must wear their chest numbers visibly at all times.

*Competitors must be at the starting point at the time specified in the race program.

*Competitors must pass through all checkpoints throughout the race. Competitors who do not pass through the checkpoints will be disqualified. *Athletes who leave the competition are responsible for informing the organization. *The rights to the photographs and other images taken during the competition belong to the organization, no rights can be claimed.

*Listening to music with headphones on the 15K, 30K and 60K courses during the competition is prohibited. *Participants over the age of 65 participate in the competition with a health report from an EKG and a cardiologist. Paralympic (Disabled) runner registrations will only be accepted for the 5K Course.
