30K MERRELL BELGRADE MEDIUM TRAIL COURSE

Cut-Off Time: 360 minutes (Six hours)

For the 30K course, a health report or a valid athlete license without restrictions is required.

Participants must be 18 years old or above to join the race.

All participants who complete the race will receive a commemorative medal.

Emergency Blanket – Aluminum (minimum 1.4m x 2m)

Whistle

Elastic Bandage for Bandaging (minimum 100x6cm)

Hat or Bandana

Backpack / Waist Pack for Carrying Equipment

Food (enough for 7 / 3 hours)

Waterproof Jacket or Raincoat (Mandatory depending on weather conditions)

Note: Walking sticks (poles) can be used. If used, they must be carried until the end of the race and cannot be left at checkpoints.
